La Flamenca pa ‘ti pa’ drinks and tapas bar is in the center of Chiclana, heading towards the Town Hall. The aesthetics and colour of the establishment, passion red, perfectly matches the theme of the place. Their specialty is the beef stew, but they also excel with their quality tapas and small crusty rolls called Montaditos, stuffed with scrummy fillings. Our favourite is called the “Rumba”, filled to the brim with salmorejo paste, anchovies plus anchovies in vinegar. Another favourite is the”Chiclanero,” a traditional filling of pork rind with salt and lemon. This is best accompanied of course by a glass of the Chiclana chilled sweet wine called Muscat.
Naturally quality food attracts the crowds who create the atmosphere. So if you want quality food at reasonable prices in traditional surroundings this would be a great option. See you there!
