El Molino Tapas

El Molino Tapas is located in an old cellar and has a tapas area and beautiful interior patio to sit down and enjoy some good food and drink. A couple of their signature dishes are” Eggplant Timbale” or “Retinto Burger.” In May each year, after the first full moon, the Almadraba Season begins and they organize special gastronomic event weeks. They participate with other bars and restaurants in the area to prepare gastronomic dishes made with the”Bluefin Tuna” caught during the Almadraba. The Almadraba is an annual event where the fishermen catch the Bluefin Tuna using an elaborate network of labyrinths and nets.
